HOW DO I
KNOW I AM GETTING THE SAME PLAYS THESE SERVICES RELEASE TO THEIR
OWN CLIENTS?
We guarantee the selections you receive will be accurate or
we will refund your money. It is not in our interest to falsify
the plays these services release. We have offered this guarantee
since we opened in 1995 and we have never had to refund any
client for this in our entire history. You can play our selections
with confidence.
HOW MANY
SELECTIONS WILL BE RELEASED DURING A TYPICAL WEEK ?
On a typical Saturday with a full college board, clients will
receive approximately 25 star-rated selections between all five
services. In the NFL, the average number of plays is about 15
on a normal Sunday. On weekdays, the average number of selections
drops to around 3 to 4. The bulk of the star-rated picks, like
the games themselves, will fall on the weekends.
HOW ARE THE
PLAYS ACCESSED?
The plays are accessed on a toll free 800 line. Every client
is issued the playline 800 number with a unique six digit PIN
code that grants our clients access into a voice-recorded message.
We record a new message every day in which there is a game for
both college and the NFL Additionally, we are in the office
seven days a week during the call-in times to ensure our clients
are never left without immediate access to the plays.

During the pre-season, holidays and post-season
the call-in times can vary. We always indicate on the message
and when speaking to clients over the phone when the next call-in
day and time will be. We are available in the office every day
of the week and the staff is happy to answer any questions you
may have.
